Anita M. Palmer is an educational technology consultant based in Texas. She is the co-author of Mapping Our World: GIS Lessons for Educators and Community Geography: GIS in Action Teacher's Guide.
Roger Palmer is co-founder of GISetc, based in Dallas, Texas. Roger Palmer has been a high school chemistry, physics, and environmental science teacher for fifteen years. Convinced of students' multiple learning styles, Roger incorporates a good mix of hands-on laboratory work, group projects, problem solving, reading sources, student competition, and fieldwork into his classes.
